I am a qualified English solicitor (currently non-practising) and professional services firm management resource with over 20 years experience, with interests in knowledge management, process and productivity improvements, using technology to enhance service delivery, innovation, sports coaching, and personal learning and development.

This is my first ever Blog and my “Legal Reflections” will be about many and varied issues to do with professional services firms, in particular those which impact on improving productivity and improving innovation within law firms.  I will also indulge my passion for sports coaching and reflect on coaching skills which are generally transferable from sport to business.
